First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. received the Oscar M. Lopez Award for Performance Excellence or Oscar Award during the Lopez Group Business Excellence Awards Ceremony held at ABS-CBN’s Studio 1 on July 25, 2008. FSCI is the first among the Lopez Group companies to have received the award.

FSCI was a successful recipient of the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Recognition for Mastery in Quality Management (Level III) in the 9th Cycle of the PQA (2006). FSCI demonstrated complete control in infusing quality and productivity in the production and delivery of its products. Based on the PQA criteria, FSCI was able to demonstrate superior results clearly linked to robust management systems which should serve as role model for other organizations in the Philippines.
The PQA is the highest level of national recognition for exemplary organizational performance given by the Philippine government to private and public sectors.

The Company has been a consistent awardee in the Management Assessment and Rating System (MARS), an initiative of the Lopez Group of Companies to recognize subsidiaries with exemplary performance in the field of Environment, Safety and Health (ESH). FSCI received a President's Award in 2001, a Chairman's Award in 2002 and a Founder's Award in 2003, which was the highest honor given.

FSCI was the Overall Champion for three consecutive years, 2001 - 2003, in the annual PALARO or sports competition held by the First Philippine Holdings, Corp. The company became a finalist in the Oscar M. Lopez Award for Excellence (OSCARS Awards), a system patterned after the Malcolm-Baldridge in the U.S. It has also received recognition from customers like EPSON Precision and FUJITSU Computer Products Philippines.
On May 23, 2003, FSCI was chosen as one of the finalists for the KAPATID Awards of the Employers Confederation Of the Philippines (ECOP).
