Lopez Achievement Award

FSCI, exhibiting once more its winning form, received the Lopez Achievement Award-Business Management Category in the Business Excellence Awards Ceremony held in ABS-CBN on August 18, 2010. FSCI is also one of the finalists in the Corporate Image Building Category in the entry entitled “FSCI Marked Four Year without Disabling Incident”.

Safety Milestone Award

A Safety Milestone Award was given by DOLE-BWC last November 06, 2009 to FSCI for achieving 23, 079,000M Safe man-hours from January 2006 to September 2009.

Award of Excellence

An Award of Excellence was given by SOPI last October 29, 2009 to FSCI for achieving 20,966,008M Safe man-hours from January 2006 to July 2009.

Award of Excellence

Award of Excellence for attaining 19,058,512 M Man-hrs from January 2006 to August 2008 given by Safety Organization of the Philippines last November 6, 2008.

Safety Milestone Recognition Award

Safety Milestone Recognition Award for attaining 17.78M Man-hrs from January 2006 to June 2008 given by DOLE-BWC last September 29, 2008.

Oscar Award

First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. received the Oscar M. Lopez Award for Performance Excellence or Oscar Award during the Lopez Group Business Excellence Awards Ceremony held at ABS-CBN’s Studio 1 on July 25, 2008. FSCI is the first among the Lopez Group companies to have received the award.

PQA

FSCI was a successful recipient of the Philippine Quality Award (PQA) Recognition for Mastery in Quality Management (Level III) in the 9th Cycle of the PQA (2006). FSCI demonstrated complete control in infusing quality and productivity in the production and delivery of its products. Based on the PQA criteria, FSCI was able to demonstrate superior results clearly linked to robust management systems which should serve as role model for other organizations in the Philippines. The PQA is the highest level of national recognition for exemplary organizational performance given by the Philippine government to private and public sectors.

MARS

The Company has been a consistent awardee in the Management Assessment and Rating System (MARS), an initiative of the Lopez Group of Companies to recognize subsidiaries with exemplary performance in the field of Environment, Safety and Health (ESH). FSCI received a President's Award in 2001, a Chairman's Award in 2002 and a Founder's Award in 2003, which was the highest honor given.

FSCI was the Overall Champion for three consecutive years, 2001 - 2003, in the annual PALARO or sports competition held by the First Philippine Holdings, Corp. The company became a finalist in the Oscar M. Lopez Award for Excellence (OSCARS Awards), a system patterned after the Malcolm-Baldridge in the U.S. It has also received recognition from customers like EPSON Precision and FUJITSU Computer Products Philippines.

On May 23, 2003, FSCI was chosen as one of the finalists for the KAPATID Awards of the Employers Confederation Of the Philippines (ECOP).
