Our Mission and Vision

QESH Policy

The management of FSCI, in pursuit of its commitment of providing its customers excellent services, with utmost care to the environment, and with foremost consideration on the health and safety of its people and the surrounding communities, has defined and authorized an integrated QESH policy that shall reflect the work attitude and values of every FSCI employee. The company’s QESH policy is as follows: FSCI Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Policy

First Sumiden Circuits Inc. is committed to total customer satisfaction, prevention of pollution, injuries and ill health and the continual improvement in QESH management and performance. To fulfill these commitments, FSCI shall :

• Delight our customers with High Quality Performance by:

   - Respecting and obeying our company rules, specifications, standard operating procedures (SOP’s), and instructions at all times.
   - Putting into action our “My Next Process is My Customer” attitude.
   - Improving ourselves continuously to intensify our Quality conciousness.
   - Exercising open communication, Ho-Ren-So (Ho: Report, Ren: Update,
So: Consult), to immediately respond and ensure “Quick Action”.

• Comply with all necessary laws and ESH regulations applicable to our industry and to other requirements the company subscribes to.

• Establish, monitor and maintain quality, environmental, safety and health objectives.

• Promote QESH awareness among our employees and other business partners.

We shall consider quality of product, on-time delivery, safety, health and good environmental practices (like reduction/ elimination of Hazardous substances) as essential factors in manufacturing flexible printed circuits. We recognize QESH as everybody’s responsibility and it is as important as any other business of the company.
